Nazario Arms LLC operates strictly within all federal, state, and local firearm regulations. Our policies ensure safe handling, proper documentation, and full adherence to ATF requirements.
ATF Compliance
All firearm transfers require ATF Form 4473, valid identification, and a background check. Records are maintained according to ATF standards and all firearms are logged into our Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records upon arrival.
Identification Requirements
A valid government‑issued photo ID is required for all transfers and gunsmithing services. No exceptions are made. The name and address on the ID must match the information provided on ATF Form 4473.
Appointment‑Only Policy
Nazario Arms LLC is a home‑based FFL. All services require a scheduled appointment. No walk‑ins are permitted. Appointment details will be confirmed prior to your visit.
Firearm Storage Policy
Firearms left beyond the agreed service period may incur storage fees. Firearms not picked up within 30 days may be subject to additional administrative actions in accordance with ATF guidelines.
Compliance & Legal Information
Federal Firearms License
Nazario Arms LLC is a federally licensed firearms business operating under a Type 07 Manufacturer FFL. This license authorizes the manufacturing, assembly, and modification of firearms in accordance with all applicable ATF regulations.
Manufacturing Capabilities
As a Type 07 Manufacturer, Nazario Arms LLC is permitted to engage in licensed firearm manufacturing. Current manufacturing capability is limited to processes that do not require CNC machining, milling, or heavy fabrication equipment.
We do not offer machining or milling services for customers, and we do not perform alterations to serialized receivers or frames that require precision machining or fabrication. All manufacturing activity is conducted within the scope of ATF‑approved processes and equipment.
Gunsmithing Services
Nazario Arms LLC provides non‑machining gunsmithing services such as:
- Firearm inspection and cleaning
- Parts replacement and upgrades
- Accessory installation
- Basic fitting and adjustments
We do not perform machining, milling, or fabrication work on customer firearms. Any service requiring alteration of serialized components beyond non‑machining processes is not offered.
Compliance With ATF Regulations
All firearm transfers, manufacturing activities, and gunsmithing services are conducted in full compliance with ATF regulations, including:
- Proper acquisition and disposition (A&D) recordkeeping
- Secure storage of firearms and components
- Completion of ATF Form 4473 for all transfers
- FDLE background checks for Florida residents
- Adherence to all federal, state, and local laws
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must comply with all federal and state requirements when purchasing or transferring firearms. This includes providing valid identification, completing required forms, and passing background checks. Firearms will not be released until all legal requirements are satisfied.
